Today is a review of the album, which for me has a chance to be one of the most interesting black metal albums of 2020. The cover of this album itself is quite original for this genre of music. Red poppies, beautiful blue sky, I rather associate it with some cover of a folk band or a musical formation from the alternative rock genre, but after listening to the musical content of this release, I understood more why this graphic design of this album is just like that and not different.
The Fluisteraars band is a black metal band from the Netherlands (for me they often go into atmospheric black metal). The musicians of this group are not afraid of challenges and experimenting in black metal music and they do it well. On this disc, we will not only hear the sounds of sharp guitar riffs or fast drums but also listen to the excellent use of instruments such as trumpet, tambourine, or piano. The first two instruments are not so popular for the specificity of this type of music, which is black metal, but here they complement the entire album very well and give this album a very interesting and unique atmosphere. In their lyrics, Fluisteraars most often write about nature and express their admiration for the beauty of nature (Hence, you can deduce why we have such an album cover) What is the greatest advantage of this album for me is that it is another fairly new band from the atmospheric black a metal that has found a beautiful harmony, a balance between aggressiveness, the severity of black metal and calm, atmosphere or slowing down of pace. The whole album rushes forward like crazy from start to finish. Of course, there are also some quiet parts and slowdowns, but my point is that you listen to this release as if it only lasted 10 minutes, while the entire album lasts just over half an hour. The fluidity and transitions between songs are really beautiful here and they do a good job. For this reason, I will not judge the individual tracks on this album, because in my opinion every composition on this album is at the same high level, and they all fill, connect and give this unique coherence as a whole album. You just have to listen to it and feel it on your own ears!
To sum up, the album Bloem from Fluisteraars is a great position for lovers of black metal music with a romantic guitar sound (As someone put it nicely on YouTube in the comments just under this album) This is music that I can compare to this phenomenon and climate when we have dark clouds, but from behind them the sun is emerging, there is light rain, quite strong wind and somewhere in the distance, a rainbow appears. Likewise, on this album, we can daydream and even be moved by the beautiful melodies played on electric, acoustic and classical guitar. Where then these beautiful moments and melodies of this album are mixed with aggressiveness, coldness, and austerity of black metal, and thanks to this we have a great musical combination and atmosphere, such as the example from the natural world, mentioned earlier by me, where dark clouds combine with the sun, etc. The last track on this album called "Maanruïne" attracts great attention to all this where the ending of the song and the trumpet entry with black metal riffs made a really big impression on me and while listening to this song I said - wow! In my opinion, the band brilliantly shows how much metal music is developing, especially the development of the black metal genre, which is more and more open to new musical experiments, adding new elements from experimental, avant-garde music to it. And of course, adding new instruments or weaving other genres of music to the black. Because on this album, for example, when there is a trumpet entrance, for a moment I see elements of jazz and blues music. I pay close attention to bands like Fluisteraars and wish them as much as possible in their careers! A musical formation that shows that now metal music is so important for me and at such a high level, which every day grows to an even higher level like classical music in the past. Although I still believe that metal music is very underestimated, maybe that's a good thing sometimes, for me it always remains such a gem among the human-polluted ocean, that's how I always compare this, something like that.

Dzisiaj recenzja płyty, która jak dla mnie ma szansę być pretendentem do bycia jedną z najciekawszych płyt black metalowych 2020 roku. Już sama okładka tego albumu jest dość oryginalna jak na ten gatunek muzyki. Czerwone maki, piękne niebieskie niebo raczej kojarzy mi się to jak z jakąś okładką zespołu folkowego lub formacji muzycznej z gatunku alternatywnego rocka, jednak po przesłuchaniu zawartości muzycznej tego wydawnictwa zrozumiałem bardziej dlaczego ta szata graficzna tej płyty jest właśnie taka, a nie inna.
Fluisteraars to pochodzący z Holandii black metalowy zespół (jak dla mnie często idący w atmosferyczny black metal) Muzycy tej grupy nie boją się wyzwań oraz eksperymentowania w muzyce black metalowej i wychodzi to im według mnie naprawdę znakomicie. Na tym krążku nie usłyszymy tylko brzmień ostrych gitarowych riffów czy szybkiej perkusji, ale również posłuchamy znakomite użycie takich instrumentów jak: Trąbka, tamburyno czy pianino. Dwa pierwsze instrumenty nie są tak bardzo popularne dla specyfiku tego gatunku muzyki jakim jest black metal, to jednak tutaj bardzo dobrze uzupełniają się z całością tego albumu i nadają tej płycie bardzo ciekawego i unikatowego klimatu. Fluisteraars w swoich tekstach utworów najczęściej piszą o naturze oraz poprzez swoją wartswę liryczną wyrażają swój zachwyt nad pięknem przyrody (Stąd można właśnie wywnioskować dlaczego mamy taką okładkę albumu) Co jest największym atutem jak dla mnie tej płyty, to to, że jest to kolejny dość nowy zespół z kręgu atmosferycznego black metalu, który znalazł piękną harmonie, balans pomiędzy agresywnością, surowością black metalu a spokojem, atmosferą i zwolnieniami tempa. Cała płyta pędzi od początku do końca jak szalona. Oczywiście są też spokojne partię i zwolnienia ale chodzi mi o to, że słucha się tego wydawnictwa jakby trwało tylko 10 minut, podczas gdy cały krążek trwa nieco ponad pół godziny. Płynność i przejścia pomiędzy utworami są tutaj naprawdę piękne i robią dobrą robotę. Z tego też powodu właśnie, nie będę oceniał poszczególnych kawałków na tej płycie, ponieważ według mnie każda kompozycja na tym krążku jest na tym samym wysokim poziomie, a wszystkie razem wypełniają się, łączą i dają tą wyjątkową spójność jako całość płyty. To po prostu trzeba przesłuchać i poczuć na własnych uszach!
Podsumowując płyta "Bloem" od Fluisteraars to znakomita pozycja dla miłośników black metalowej muzyki z romantycznym brzmieniem gitar (Tak jak ktoś ładnie to określił na Youtubie w komentarzach właśnie pod tym albumem) To muzyka, którą mogę porównywać do tego zjawiska i klimatu, kiedy mamy ciemne chmury, ale zza nich wyłania się słońce, jest lekki deszczyk, dość mocny wiatr, a gdzieś jeszcze pojawia się w oddali tęcza. Tak samo na tym albumie możemy się rozmarzyć, a nawet wzruszyć od pięknych melodii zagranych na gitarze elektrycznej, akustycznej i klasycznej. Gdzie potem te wspaniałe momenty i melodie tego albumu zostają wymieszane z agresywnością, chłodem i surowością black metalu i mamy dzięki temu wspaniałe połączenie muzyczne oraz klimat, taki jak wspomniany tu wcześniej przeze mnie przykład ze świata przyrody, gdzie ciemne chmury łączą się ze słońcem itp. Do tego wszystkiego przykuwa wielką uwagę ostatni kawałek na tej płycie o nazwie „Maanruïne” gdzie zakończenie utworu i wejście trąbki wraz z black metalowymi riffami zrobiło na mnie naprawdę ogromne wrażenie i podczas słuchania tego utworu naprawdę powiedziałem – wow! Zespół według mnie genialnie pokazuję, jak bardzo rozwija się muzyka metalowa, a zwłaszcza rozwój gatunku black metalu, który jest coraz bardziej otwarty na nowe eksperymenty muzyczne, dodawanie do niego nowych elementów z muzyki eksperymentalnej i awangardowej. No i oczywiście dodawanie także nowych instrumentów czy wplatania innych gatunków muzyki do blacku. Bo np. na tym albumie kiedy jest właśnie to wejście trąbki, to przez chwilę dostrzegam elementy muzyki jazzowej i bluesowej. Naprawdę chyle czoła przed takimi zespołami jak Fluisteraars i życzę im jak najwięcej dalszych sukcesów w ich karierze! Formacja muzyczna, która pokazuję, że obecnie muzyka metalowa jak dla mnie jest tak ważna i na tak wysokim poziomie, który z każdym dniem rośnie na jeszcze wyższy stopień jak niegdyś w przeszłości muzyka klasyczna. Chociaż nadal do tej pory uważam, że muzyka metalowa jest bardzo niedoceniana, ale może to i czasem dobrze, bo dla mnie zawsze pozostaję ona taką perełką wśród zanieczyszczonego przez ludzi oceanu, tak to zawsze sobie porównuje.
