When I first heard that the Canadian band Cauldron representing the Heavy Metal genre will play their concert in Poland, I was very happy because I waited for their concert for a long time and I wanted to see them live for the first time! Their gig took place in the club in Łódź called "Magnetofon" What are my impressions from this event and what I remember the most, I report below. I cordially invite you!
When on the day of the concert I was in the "Magnetofon" club where three great bands performed that evening, the atmosphere of the whole event was very joyful and atmospheric from the very beginning. Firstly, because I saw a few faces that I know, and secondly, as I remember well, I hadn't been to a concert for a long time before this concert, so the feeling of returning to what I love, i.e. going to live music events, was something magical for me. For the first team that was support before Cauldron - Nation Of Wild, unfortunately, I was a bit late and I managed to be only at the end of their performance. I have heard little of their music, but this is a band from Łódź, so it's really worth supporting the young native and local scene of young Polish metal and rock bands. Another supporting band was Exist from Toruń, representing Thrash Metal. I liked the performance of the band and the attitude of the musicians very much. On stage, we saw very young talented guys who were doing really well already and you could see from their instrument playing that they were already very experienced. All in all, their music and riffs reminded me a bit of the Brazilian band Violator - also playing Thrash Metal. Finally, it's time for the main band and the star of the evening - Cauldron! Here, of course, everything was perfect from start to finish. First of all, a great setlist (the band played all the songs I love from them, so I was satisfied with this point) Well, there weren't that many people in front of the stage, so even though the room in the club was not small, it's a concert took the form of a rather intimate event, but it is very good, because during one song of the music group - Cauldron. Polish fans of this band, as well as all the metalheads under the stage, took the stage, and together with Cauldron they created a real Heavy Metal kettle. Metals mixed like in Chemistry, and for me, the whole situation was very similar to the music video for the song "Toxic Waltz" by Exodus, where also in this video, fans enter and jump from the stage where their beloved band is playing. Also, the sound system for Cauldron was really decent and fine for me. I am most glad that the following songs were played: "Prisoner Of The Past" "Tears Have Come" "Hold Your Fire" "Nitebreaker" and of course the best for me - "All or Nothing" and "Chained Up In Chains" Additionally, I really enjoyed the interaction of Cauldron with the audience.
To sum up, the Cauldron concert in Poland was a decent dose of Heavy metal and I will remember this event for a very long time. Even the beer for PLN 11, which I bought with a friend and it was very diluted and watery xD, I remember very well, and in retrospect, it is a nice nostalgic return to this concert.

Gdy po raz pierwszy usłyszałem, że Kanadyjski zespół Cauldron reprezentujący gatunek Heavy Metalu zagra swój koncert w Polsce byłem mega szczęśliwy, ponieważ bardzo długo wyczekiwałem ich koncertu i chęci zobaczenia ich po raz pierwszy na żywo! Ich gig miał miejsce w Łódzkim klubie o nazwie „Magnetofon” Jakie mam wrażenia z tego wydarzenia i co najbardziej zapamiętałem, o tym wszystkim relacjonuje poniżej. Serdecznie zapraszam!
Kiedy w dniu koncertu byłem już pod klubem „Magnetofon” w którym tego wieczoru wystąpiła trójka wspaniałych zespołów, to atmosfera całego eventu była od początku bardzo radosna i klimatyczna. Po pierwsze dlatego, że widziałem kilka znajomych mi twarzy, a po drugie jak dobrze pamiętam przed tym koncertem od dawna nie byłem już na koncercie, więc uczucie powrotu do tego co kocham czyli chodzenia na wydarzenia muzyczne na żywo, była dla mnie wręcz czymś magicznym. Na pierwszy zespół który był suportem przed Cauldron czyli - Nation Of Wild niestety trochę się spóźniłem i zdążyłem być tylko na końcówce ich występu. Mało usłyszałem ich muzyki, ale jest to zespół z Łodzi więc i tak naprawdę warto i trzeba wspierać młodą rodzimą i lokalną scenę młodych polskich zespołów metalowych i rockowych. Kolejnym zespołem wspierającym był pochodzący z Torunia – Exist, reprezentujący Thrash Metal. Gra zespołu jak i nastawienie muzyków bardzo mi się spodobało. Na scenie widzieliśmy bardzo młodych utalentowanych chłopaków, którzy naprawdę już bardzo dobrze sobie radzili i widać było po ich grze na instrumentach, że są już bardzo doświadczeni. W sumie ich muzyka oraz riffy trochę mi się kojarzyły z Brazylijskim zespołem Violator – również grającym Thrash Metal. W końcu przyszedł czas na główny zespół i gwiazdę wieczoru czyli – Cauldron! Tutaj oczywiście wszystko od początku do końca było perfekcyjne. Przede wszystkim świetna setlista (Zespół zagrał wszystkie kawałki, które od nich uwielbiam, a więc byłem zaspokojony jeśli chodzi o te kwestię) No i w sumie pod sceną nie było tak dużo osób więc pomimo tego, że pomieszczenie w klubie nie było jakieś małe, to koncert nabrał formę dość kameralnego wydarzenia, ale to bardzo dobrze, ponieważ podczas jednego utworu grupy muzycznej – Cauldron. Polscy fani tego zespołu, oraz wszyscy metalowcy pod sceną wbili na scenę i wraz z Cauldronem stworzyli prawdziwy Heavy Metalowy kocioł. Metale się zmieszały jak w Chemii, a mi cała sytuacja bardzo przypominała teledysk do utworu „Toxic Waltz” Exodusa, gdzie również na tym videoclipie fani wchodzą i skaczą ze sceny na której gra ich ukochany zespół. Oprócz tego nagłośnienie dla Cauldron było naprawdę jak dla mnie przyzwoite i w porządku. Najbardziej się cieszę, że zostały zagrane takie utwory jak: „Prisoner Of The Past” „Tears Have Come” „Hold Your Fire” „Nitebreaker” no i oczywiście najlepsze jak dla mnie – „All or Nothing” oraz „Chained Up In Chains” Dodatkowo bardzo podobała mi się interakcja zespołu Cauldron z publicznością.
Podsumowując, Koncert Cauldron w Polsce był porządną dawką Heavy metalu i to wydarzenie zapamiętam na bardzo długo. Nawet piwo za 11 złotych, które kupiłem na współkę z przyjaciółką i było bardzo rozcieńczone i wodniste xD to bardzo dobrze je wspominam, a z perspektywy czasu jest fajnym nostalgicznym powrotem właśnie do tego koncertu.
