STÄLKER - Black Majik Terror LP

Stälker is a fairly new metal band from New Zealand, representing the Old school Speed / Heavy metal genre. I invite you to my review of their album called 'Black Majik Terror' because there is a lot to talk about!
At the outset, it is worth noting and noticing that the whole material is running at a deadly fast crazy pace (in the end, as befits Speed metal!) The whole album lasts about 40 minutes, but it is really pleasant to listen to. When it comes to the guitar and riff melodies on this album, I sometimes associate them with the achievements of the legendary speed metal band, and I'm talking about Agent Steel, which is a formation from the United States. With Stälker, in their latest album, I only look for two drawbacks. First, it's vocals. Unfortunately, it is not here as high as in the above mentioned - Agent Steel. Here we are dealing rather with the vocal, the sound of which reminds me a bit of the voice of Rob Dukes from Exodus. I'm not saying that the vocals on 'Black Majik Terror' are weak or anything, I just don't know this is fit to speed metal? According to my taste, Speed metal is suitable for such a high vocal as, for example, in the one already mentioned by me - Agent Steel. Additionally, some of the tracks on the newest Stälker's material seem to be very similar to each other, and very often each subsequent track comes in quite similar to the previous one. On the other hand, from the big pluses on this album, I certainly deserve praise for the beautiful riffs that make you want to beat your hair. Such a track is, for example, composition number six on this album, i.e. 'Demolition' The speed of riffs and the beauty of metal melodies, which I associate a bit with harmony, as in Iron Maiden is also beautiful in the last track on this disc, i.e. in the track 'Intruder' Together from 'Demolition', the song 'Intruder' are my favorite compositions on this album.
In summary, if you love fast Speed / Heavy metal in the atmosphere of such groups as Agent Steel, Ranger, Vulture, or Chainbreäker, I really think that you should check and listen to this material from old-school New Zealanders!

Stälker to pochodzący z Nowej Zelandii dość nowy zespół metalowy, który reprezentuję gatunek Old school Speed / Heavy metalu. Zapraszam na moją recenzje ich płyty o nazwie 'Black Majik Terror' bo jest trochę o czym opowiadać!
Na wstępie warto zaznaczyć i zauważyć, że całość materiału mknie w zabójczo szybkim szalonym tempie (W końcu jak to na Speed metal przystało!) Cały album trwa około 40 minut, ale jest naprawdę przyjemny w słuchaniu. Jeśli chodzi o kwestię melodii gitar i riffów na tym albumie to miejscami kojarzą mi się z dokonaniami legendarnego już speed metalowego zespołu, a mowa o Agent Steel, która to formacja pochodzi ze Stanów Zjednoczonych. U Stälkera w sumie na ich najnowszym albumie doszukuję się w sumie tylko dwóch minusów. Po pierwsze to wokal. Niestety nie jest on tutaj, aż tak wysoki jak właśnie we wspomnianym przeze mnie wyżej – Agent Steel. Tutaj mamy raczej do czynienia z wokalem, którego brzmienie kojarzy mi się trochę z głosem Roba Dukes’a z Exodusa. Nie mówię, że wokal na 'Black Majik Terror' jest słaby czy coś, po prostu nie wiem czy pasuję do speed metalu. Według mojego gustu, do Speed metalu pasuję właśnie taki wysoki wokal jaki jest na przykład u wspomnianego już po raz kolejny przeze mnie – Agent Steel. Dodatkowo, niektóre utwory na najnowszym materiale Stälkera są jakby mocno do siebie podobne i bardzo często każdy kolejny kawałek wchodzi dość podobnie jak poprzedni. Natomiast z wielkich plusów na tej płycie, na pewno zasługuję pochwała piękny riffów, do których aż chce się trzepać włosami. Takim kawałkiem jest np. kompozycja numer sześć na tej płycie, czyli "Demolition" Szybkość riffów oraz piękno melodii metalowych, kojarzących mi się trochę z harmonią jak u Iron Maiden jest też w ostatnim kawałku na tym krążku, czyli w utworze 'Intruder' razem z 'Demolition', utwór 'Intruder' są moimi ulubionymi kompozycjami na tej płycie.
Podsumowując, jeśli kochasz szybki Speed / Heavy metal w klimatach takich dokonań grup jak np. Agent Steel, Ranger, Vulture czy Chainbreäker to naprawdę myślę, że warto abyś zapoznał się i przesłuchał tego materiału od old –schoolowych Nowo Zelandczyków!
